About Mehak
I'm Mehak Vashist, a counsellor based in Delhi with a focus on creating a non-judgmental space where you can work through what's weighing on you — at your own pace, on your own terms.
My approach draws from cognitive-behavioural, person-centred, and mindfulness-based frameworks, tailored to what actually works for you — not a one-size-fits-all method.

For online sessions, a Google Meet link is sent to your email. For in-person, the address and directions are shared.
